Mary Beth is the Owner and President of Precision Graphics Inc. Mary Beth started at Precision Graphics Inc. when she was 19 as a receptionist. During the following years she moved up to become both a Buyer and Planner with the company. There she met her husband David Weissman, and after having their first child decided to step away from the business to focus on the family.
After her husband David passed away suddenly, Mary Beth decided to come back as Owner and President and continue David’s legacy. During the following years she worked to grow the business and continue to where PGI currently is today. She serves in various responsibilities in the business and ensures employee happiness throughout the entire business. With Mary Beth coming on as Owner Precision Graphics Inc. was able to receive coveted Woman Owned Small Business status which will allow the business to grow in the military and governmental industry.
During her free time Mary Beth enjoys spending time with her husband John, and their dogs. She enjoys reading, relaxing at the beach, and spending time with her children Matthew and Alec. She is an avid cook as well as a wine enthusiast.
Alec Weissman serves as the Vice President & CEO of Precision Graphics Inc. and represents the third generation of the family business. Following in his grandfather Robert Weissman, Founder, and father David Weissman late owner, Alec plans on continuing to help grow the business and continue the proud family tradition of Precision Graphics Inc.
Alec holds a B.S. from Delaware Valley University and before coming aboard PGI he spent his time outside managing garden centers and landscape operations throughout NJ and PA. He decided after college that he wanted to continue in his father’s footsteps and expand on his legacy and has not looked back since. He enjoys working on something new every day at work, the close relationship he enjoys with all of the employees, and the feeling of accomplishment of manufacturing products made in the United States.
Outside of work Alec enjoys spending time with his wife Samantha and their dogs Sage and Acer. They enjoy spending time outdoors hiking. He also enjoys spending time with family and friends, going to the beach, and doing yardwork around his house.
Chris is the Quality Director of Precision Graphics Inc. and has been with the company for over 5 years. This business and position fits him as he has over 25 years of electronic assemblies experience in the Telecom, Military, and commercial industries. Chris has a B.A. in Managerial Economics and a technical degree in Electronics. His experience on the Supply Chain side of the industry has given him the success he has enjoyed over his career.
Chris is a dedicated family man who has been married for 29 years and has two grown children. He enjoys getting outside to play golf, riding his bike, going to the beach, and doing things around the yard.
Brian Hess has been with Precision Graphics Inc. for nearly 30 years. During the early years he served in numerous test and diagnostics roles until his current position as Test Manager. His job responsibilities include functional testing, programming, and diagnostics on many customer products. He is heavily involved with customer interaction, working with customer to develop test procedures to ensure product reliability.
Brian has an array of experience being involved with developing tests and programming for multiple industries. Military projects, power control systems, consumer audio projects, as well as consumer electronics; Brian is well versed in all industries.
During his personal time Brian is a family oriented man. He enjoys spending time with his family, including his four children and one grandchild. He also enjoys skiing and riding his motorcycle. He enjoys watching baseball and open wheel racing as well.
Steve was the fourth employee hired at Precision Graphics Inc. during 1979 as a Printed Circuit Board Designer. He is the longest currently tenured employee at Precision Graphics being with the business for over 37 years. Steve started at Precision Graphics during his final semester of school and after graduation stayed the business.
During the early years with the company, Steve worked with PCB design and manufacturing doing board layout on drafting table then into tape master artworks on a light table using Mylar sheets. In 1985 Steve traded in the exacto blade, light pen, and tweezers for PC based CAD programs. Steve enjoys having the manufacturing and assembly in house because the interaction between board layout and manufacturing were most beneficial as technology advanced. Growing in the industry from such a young age has allowed Steve gain the experiences that best serve the customers.
Steve has strong Greek ancestry, and although he claims he doesn’t not own a diner, you can often find him in the kitchen cooking which his wife, another Precision Graphics employee, has no complaints. Steve claims olive oil runs through his veins. He loves to garden, enjoy the outdoors, fly fish, and hike to unplug and reboot.
Scott Zimmerman has been with Precision Graphics Inc. for over 33 years serving in numerous positions until his current role of Operations Manager. Scott is in charge of all aspects of production and manufacturing at PGI and works closely with Sales and Supply Chain to ensure manufacturing schedule meets customer demands.
Scott was the seventh employee to join Precision Graphics Inc, bringing industry experience from Burroughs Corp, Johnson and Johnson Special Research Group, as well as Computer Power. Since the early days Scott has managed the technological growth of the company from complete thru-hole production into today’s top of the line SMT machinery. Many of Scott’s designs and innovations on the manufacturing floor has led to reduced costs for both Precision Graphics Inc. as well as customers.
During his off time Scott enjoys spending time with his friends and family. He has been married for 42 years and has 6 children and 9 grandchildren. Scott enjoys Ford Mustangs, taking trips in his RV as well as hanging out in his garage with whoever stops by.
Elaine is the Supply Chain Manager for Precision Graphics Inc. In this role her responsibilities include production planning, project management, inventory management, as well as overseeing purchasing/expediting and shipping. Elaine is also a Sales Account Manager. She has many favorable relationships with PGI’s customers and is devoted to ensuring customer satisfaction. In 2013 she was awarded the 1st Annual David K. Weissman Award for her pride and dedication to the company.
Elaine joined Precision Graphics in 1990 as a receiptionist. Overtime being a “Jill” of all trades, she gained much knowledge of the electronic manufacturing business and held various positions of increasing responsibility in many key Supply Chain functions including Production Control, Materials Manager, Inventory Management, Purchasing Manager, customer service and Sales. She has strong work ethic and over time has become the go-to person given her experience and history with Precision Graphics.
Elaine is a Jersey Girl who enjoys spending time with her family, friends, and puppy, traveling, live music, photography and many outdoor activities.
Accounting professional with 20 years of diverse experience as a trusted adviser assisting companies with financial analysis, reporting, account reconciliations, and strategic planning. Proven leader in the accounting profession influencing and driving initiatives that impact financial reporting and fiscal accuracies.
Scott is the Chief Operations Officer of Precision Graphics Inc. He is a second-generation employee at PGI. Scott started at Precision Graphics Inc. as a Pick and Place Operator in 1996 at nineteen years old. He has worked his way up the company being an Operator, Pick and Place Technician, Pick and Place Supervisor, Production Supervisor, and now COO.
Over the years Scott has gained valuable experience on the production of electronics. He was instrumental in setting up an efficient Pick and Place Department, setting up new processes and eliminating redundant processes. He took the skills he learned from Pick and Place and applied them to the entire production floor where he currently runs the day to day operations.
Scott is a family man who has been married for 22 years and has four children, two of whom have worked as third generation employees at Precision Graphics. He enjoys coaching his youngest daughters travel softball team, watching baseball and football, fishing, and spending time with his family.
